Vmail+ voicemail messages attachments are stored in .ra file format.

RealNetworks RealPlayer Basic is a free tool for listening to voice messages and other RealAudio files (.ra or .rm).  Availability: For Windows (95/98/ME/NT/2000), Macintosh, and Unix Systems (see site for minimum system requirements).  NOTE: When downloading this software, the free "Real Player 8 Basic" is all that is required to hear your voicemail message attachments.

VFmail+ voicemail messages and fax attachments are stored in .wav format and .tiff format, respectively. Since these file formats are supported by several popular software packages, your computer might be pre-configured to play your voicemail messages and to view your fax attachments. If these tools are not available on your computer, you may download free versions of these software packages from this page. 

Windows Media Player is a free tool for listening to voice messages and other WAV files.
